Education vacations in the U.S. and abroadCornell's Adult University (CAU) provides education vacations for adults and families around the country and throughout the world—as well as on Cornell's beautiful Ithaca campus. Led by distinguished members of the Cornell faculty, the programs are inspired by the belief that learning never ends and that one of the roles of a great university is to provide a bridge between traditional formal education and informal, non-credit study.
