Housing Choices

Court/Kay Hall

Court/Kay Hall is CAU’s terrific residence hall and the central program headquarters for adults and families. It features air-conditioning; semi-private baths; a location convenient to classes, dining, and social activities; and a separate “quiet” wing for adults only. Youngsters live adjacent to parents with roommates from their age group, while teens live together in their own residence hall nearby.

Ecology/Hurlburt House

Ecology/Hurlburt House, also air-conditioned, provides quiet quarters for adults. It has fewer services than Court/Kay and is a five-minute walk to Court and Appel, but it does provide private baths and on-site parking.

Hilton Homewood Suites

A five-minute drive from North Campus in your own car, Homewood Suites is brand new, quite elegant, and reasonably priced. Its suites include flat-screen cable TVs, high-speed internet service, full kitchens, and air-conditioning. This lovely facility also has a pool, hot tub, and small gym, hourly shuttle service to campus or elsewhere, airport pickup, and easy access on foot to the shops at Triphammer Mall.
