Overview
There has never been a time in history when professionals have had to deal with so many competing priorities, such an overload of information, and even compromised health from too much stress. How can you focus on the important, filter out the "noise," and find balance, even flourish, amid the chaos of the modern workplace? It's a lifelong pursuit, but this program, presented by Joy Collins and Dr. Maggie Finn, will give you some tools and motivation to lessen your stress and still remain successful.
