Project Management Courses

Project Management courses offered through Cornell University's Systems Engineering Program

Cornell University invites you to develop or improve your project management skills by working with its renowned Systems Engineering Program.

Apply now to take "Principles of Project Management" on campus or via distance learning in the spring semester of 2008 (January 14-May 16, 2008).

This three-credit course, CEE 691, is designed primarily for people who will manage technical or engineering projects characterized by unusually high levels of uncertainty.

Although it focuses on both the "technical" tools of project management and the "human" side of project life, the course emphasizes interpersonal skills rather than the optimization of schedules. Participants should leave the program with the basic skills to become an effective project manager.
