Conference fees and registration
Registration will take place at 7:30 a.m. on Monday, June 13, in the James Law Lobby of Schurman Hall on the campus of Cornell Universitys College of Veterinary Medicine in Ithaca, New York.
Cornell Veterinary Conference
The fee of $350 includes course materials; a certificate of participation; Continuing Education Units (CEUs); and two continental breakfasts, two box lunches, and refreshment breaks. Persons whose cancellations are received in writing by May 16 will receive a full refund, minus a $100 administrative fee. No refunds will be given after June 8. Labs will be available on Tuesday afternoon for additional fees. Lab fees are non-refundable. We encourage registration in the labs to be submitted early as attendance will be limited.

Transportation
Travel
The Ithaca Tompkins Regional Airport (ten minutes from the campus) is served by US Airways and, beginning in May, Northwest Airlines. Syracuse, Binghamton, and Elmira airports are approximately one hour's drive from the campus. Syracuse is served by most major airlines including American, Continental, Delta, Northwest, United, and US Airways.
Parking and Transportation
One- or two-day campus parking permits are available. If you would like a permit mailed to you in advance of the program, please indicate this on your registration form. Convenient courtesy vans are available from many of Ithacas hotels.

A wide variety of housing options are available at university residence halls and local hotels, motels, and bed-and-breakfasts. To make reservations, please contact the hotels directly, mentioning the conference by name to receive the reduced rate.

During the conference
Meals
Your conference fee includes coffee, light refreshments, breakfast(s), and lunch(es), all of which will be available in the Hagan Room in Schurman Hall throughout the conference.The price for the Monday night dinner and keynote speech is $35; a cash bar will be available. The dinner will be held at the Statler Hotel on the central Cornell campus. If you wish to attend, please indicate this on your registration form.
Name Badges
For security reasons, and to facilitate networking, conference attendees must wear name badges while on campus.
Message Board
Telephone messages for conference attendees may be left at 607.253.3200. Staff will put all messages on the conference message board.
Exhibits
Conference exhibits will be located in the Atrium of the Veterinary Education Center and in the Hagan Room in Schurman Hall. The exhibitors and session sponsors are critical in maintaining the reasonable price you have come to expect for the Annual Veterinary Conference. Please see the list of sponsors on the inside front cover of this brochure. Also, please support our exhibitors by visiting their booths. The exhibits will be open:
