Are you interested in updating job skills, exploring a special area of study, or preparing for later full-time study? If so, consider extramural study. Most adults interested in registering for part-time study should follow these steps:
To Register:
- Complete an extramural study form (pdf).
- Ask the course instructor(s) (or departments) to sign or stamp the form. The instructor determines if there is space in the class and if you have completed course prerequisites, if any. The instructor's signature indicates you have permission to enroll in the class. If the college registrar's approval is required for your course (see extramural study form), you should obtain it at this step.
- Bring the signed form to extramural study registration in B20 Day Hall. See the calendar for registration dates. Late registrations are subject to a late fee.
- At registration you must pay tuition of
$970
per credit and all course fees. MasterCard and Visa are accepted for students not enrolled in a degree-granting program.
