For parents/guardians of accepted students

Please complete the steps below:

  1. Submit the program charge.

  2. Follow the steps on the paperwork checklist and complete the related forms.

  3. Review the online Summer College handbook, including information about how to get to Summer College, local lodging, what your student should bring, final exam schedules, and end-of-program checkout times.

  4. Review the list of things to do in preparation for Opening Day.
  5. Read the Opening Day schedule
  6. Review the Opening Day services page, which includes important information you and your student will need to participate in Opening Day.
  7. Before making travel plans, visit the end-of-program checkout list, which includes information on final exam schedules and checkout dates and procedures. It's important that all students check-out on the day their program ends. Also, six-week students need to keep their travel plans in mind if they change a course.
  8. Bookmark this page! It will be updated in the coming months with additional information of interest to Summer College parents.

Please be sure to contact us if you have any questions about these steps.

And finally, just for fun, consider sending a Cornell postcard to your family or friends letting them know about the newest Cornellian in your family!
