Overview

Can't choose just one program, major, and/or career? You don't have to. Depending upon your eligibility, you can combine a program in Session 1 below with a program in Session 2 for your own "dual program."

"It was a really good experience because it gave me the opportunity to focus on each course individually," says Lindsay Ferstandig, who enrolled in both The Individual in the Social World and Democracy and Its Discontents. "Having the switch in the middle totally refreshed me, so I stayed interested and excited to learn the entire time."

Students who enroll in three-week programs focus intensely on one course for credit (see below) and explore related careers. You can expect to be in class in the morning and afternoon and, in some cases, in the evening.

Increasingly, students are combining:

  • a three-week program from Session 1 (June 22-July 13) with
  • a three-week program from Session 2 (July 14-August 3)

for a six-week dual program.
