A supportive environment
As a Summer Cornellian, you'll probably be experiencing the opportunities and challenges of college life for the first time. So, we'll do all that we can to support you as you
- tackle college classes,
- juggle free time and coursework,
- negotiate life with a roommate, and
- practice living on your own.
To that end, we offer lots of activities designed to give you the skills necessary to succeed at college. You'll have the full attention of all Summer College staff members, from the head of Summer College, to the residential program director and each of the residence-hall advisors and teaching assistants, and they'll work hard to
- answer your questions,
- address your concerns, and
- connect you with Cornell resources.
