Summer Times

2012 online editions of our student-run newspaper
Attention, writers, cartoonists, photographers! Do you have poetry, short (very short!) stories, essays, or artwork that you've already publishedin your school paper or elsewhereor longed to see in print?
If so, send some of your work to the Cornell Summer Times! We'll try and choose some of the best to include in the first issue of what will be your own Summer College newspaper. We also produce a literary supplement, for which we'll need prose, poetry, artwork, and literary criticism. If you have something you'd like to see in print (up to five hundred words), send it to us either by mail at Cornell University Summer College, B20 Day Hall, Ithaca, NY 14853-2801 or by email at summer_college@cornell.edu.
Everyone will be turning to the weekly Cornell Summer Times to find out what's up on campus, from intramurals to movies. You don't have to be on your school paperor even be thinking of a career in journalismto be a part of it.
The Cornell Summer Times is staffed by Summer College students. What's in the paper depends on what you contribute, and may include features, editorials, sports coverage, and reviews of music, theatre, and film.
