Application fee

Please submit the following nonrefundable application fee with your completed application. If you’re concerned about paying the fee, contact us or request a fee waiver (see below):

• U.S. residents: $65 ($55 if you apply online)
• Non-U.S. residents and/or applicants who need a student visa: $100 ($90 if you apply online)

Application fee waiver

An application fee or an approved fee waiver is required to apply for admissions to Cornell University Summer College. Fee waivers are only available to students eligible for financial aid. Scholarships are reserved for accepted students who are U.S. citizens or permanent residents of the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.

If you are applying for financial aid, please submit your completed financial aid and admissions applications together with one of the items below as soon as possible to:

Please send one of the following items along with your financial aid and admissions applications:

• a fee waiver form from the Admissions Testing Program of the College Board;
• a form or written fee waiver request authorized by a member of a reputable agency such as the College Bound Program;
• a letter from your guidance counselor or other high school or church official who can attest that paying the application fee would be a financial hardship for you and your family;
• a Request for an Application Fee Waiver form completed by a parent or guardian.

We will process your applications once we receive the completed Fee Waiver form.
