Unlike many summer sessions across the country, more than two-thirds of our summer teaching staff are regular Cornell faculty members who teach year-round. Of those who make up our visiting summer faculty, many either received their Ph.D.s here as students or are former Cornell faculty members. So, taking summer classes at Cornell ensures that you will have a true Cornell learning experience.

He managed to turn statistics into an exciting and funny course. "(My professor) is amazing. He is very knowledgeable. He taught the class through in-depth lectures, films, guest speakers etc. There was a lot of class participation, he encouraged it. He took the time to meet with us individually, not just for our projects, but he made it very clear that he was available upon request. Wonderful class." —Laura Paige
"I could not be more pleased with my Cornell Summer Session experience. The teachers were great, and I was able to develop my language skills farther than I thought I would be able to.
