High Technology Entrepreneurship Program

May 26 - August 8, 2008 in Silicon Valley

This program has been cancelled. Please contact our office if you have any questions.

Internships

With assistance from Mr. Nesheim, you will be responsible for securing your own internship. Because all entrepreneurs take risks, finding an internship job is one way to measure your entrepreneurial courage.

Silicon Valley is a center of American entrepreneurship. Some students will decide to interview companies for the first two weeks of the program and then accept an offer. Others will be proactive, conduct their research, contact start-ups to interview long distance, and accept offers prior to arriving. Compensation will be competitive, with wages paid at the going rate for students and their experiences. There may be some limitations imposed by visa type, so you should be aware of such restrictions when interviewing with potential employers.
