Cornell/AEM Business Management Certificate

Courses

Students register for the following 3-credit courses. These courses are often core courses required by business schools in the United States:

  • AEM 1200: Introduction to Business Management
  • AEM 2240: Principles of Finance
  • AEM 2260: AEM Certificate in Business Management Special Activities (summer only)
  • AEM 2400: Marketing

    • Students who have taken AEM 1200 may request permission from the program faculty to take another course, such as AEM 2210 Financial Accounting or AEM 3200 Business Law I.

    Pending approval by the College of Agriculture & Life Sciences, Summer of 2008 Certificate participants may at their option register for one 1-credit course ("AEM Certificate Special Activities"). The additional cost will be $925 per credit hour.
