Summer CAU – Bringing the World to Cornell
CAU's weeklong summer programs have been bringing vacationers to the Cornell campus for nearly fifty years.
For four weeks every summer, adult participants explore fascinating subjects ranging from cooking and gardening to art, politics, and world affairs with Cornell experts and in the company of bright and congenial peers—including such notables as travel guru Arthur Frommer, who called his experience "exhilarating!"
Approximately 150 adults enroll in CAU each week: about three-quarters are Cornellians or Cornell spouses, half are here with youngsters, and about one-third are singles.
An equal number of children (ages three to fifteen) participate in CAU's outstanding residential and commuter youth programs, which combine engaging educational activities with all the fun and friendships of a great camp.
Summer CAU offers you an unparalleled way to experience the best of Cornell living and learning, make new friends, and enjoy the fabulous Finger Lakes region at its most beautiful.
