It is our goal to have every student complete online course evaluations. These forms are used to evaluate the success of this year's course offerings and instructors, and so that we can improve next year's Summer/Winter Session. It is very important that we receive your students' feedback.
The online evaluation forms will be available for several days before the end of each session and can be accessed via the Summer Session Portal or Winter Session Portal. Please note that you will need an active NetID in order to use this system.
We will contact you by e-mail prior to the start of the evaluation period with further details about how your students can complete the online form. At that time, we also will ask that you announce the availability of the form in your class(es) and urge your students to submit an online evaluation for each course they take.
After student online evaluations and finals are completed, faculty members will be able to view the student evaluations for the class or classes they taught via the Summer Session Portal or Winter Session Portal. Student evaluations from past semesters may also be viewed here.
