Community invited to Cornell's free summer events series
School of Continuing Education and Summer Sessions, June 28, 2016
Cornell University's School of Continuing Education and Summer Sessions is pleased to announce its 2016 summer events series.
Free and open to the public, the series runs from June 28 to August 5 and features:
- Tuesday performances in the Klarman Hall Auditorium,
- Wednesday lectures in Call Auditorium in Kennedy Hall, and
- Friday concerts outdoors on the Arts Quad.

The belle dame of Savoyards Musical Theatre performs an evening of song - July 5: Traonach
Traditional Irish music at its straight-ahead best - July 12: Crimson
Latin jazz and world music - July 19: Mike Lee and Wayne Lee
Works by Mozart, Schubert, and Beethoven - July 26: Troica
Unique IC chamber ensemble featuring trumpet, piano, and alto sax - August 2: Journey West
The migration of melodies from the Middle East to the New World
Wednesday lectures at Call Auditorium, Kennedy Hall, 7:00 p.m.
