PE 1608 Trail Running

Course description

Covers basic stretching, trail-running techniques, navigation, injury prevention, training tips, and a scenic tour of local trails. Develop a training routine, learn to stay found, set running goals. Non-credit fee: students $165,non-student $205; CU faculty/staff $180.
