What to pack

Prescription drugs and non-prescription drugs and sundries. Medicines may be calibrated differently than in the United States, and the drugs themselves may be different. Bring all prescribed drugs with you, along with a copy of your prescription(s). If you use over-the-counter U.S. drugs or devices, bring those too. Bring drugs that you use only on occasion, such as allergy medications. Also consider bringing any drug or drugstore item that you may need while traveling, such as aspirin, Imodium, Pepto-Bismol, Band-Aids, Monistat, and decongestants.

Contact lens fluid and glasses. Bring your own contact lens fluid. If possible, bring an extra pair of contacts or glasses.

Walking shoes. You will be walking every day, so bring comfortable walking shoes (preferably not white ones).
