Refund schedule

A student who drops a course (see Add or drop classes), or who has an approved refund petition, may receive a tuition refund according to the prorated schedule below.

If you have questions about this process, please check with the Summer Session office when you submit your change-in-enrollment form or refund petition.

Note: If you withdraw without officially notifying the Summer Session office, you will not receive a refund (and will receive a grade of F). For more information see Withdrawal.

Course fees are nonrefundable.

If you want to appeal the refund schedule based on special circumstances, please download the petition form, complete it, and submit it to B20 Day Hall. The form will be reviewed by committee, and you will be notified if your appeal is approved.
