Dr. Andre Dhondt
Dr. Andre Dhondt is the Edwin H. Morgens Professor of Ornithology and director of the Bird Populations Studies Program at the Cornell Laboratory of Ornithology. The aim of his research is to identify selection pressures that operate on individuals in natural populations. His research interests are, therefore, in ecology, behavior, behavioral ecology, evolution, genetics, and conservation biology, mainly of birds. At present his primary interests concern the impact of diseases on populations.
