The deposit deadline for this program is November 6, 2017.
The total cost of this program is $5,190, which includes $4,230 tuition (three credits at $1,410 per credit) and a $960 nonrefundable program fee covering student meals and in-country travel. The nonrefundable deposit must be paid by check.
Once you have been accepted into the program, please send a completed course enrollment form with your initial deposit to the School of Continuing Education and Summer Sessions, B20 Day Hall.
The School of Continuing Education and Summer Sessions offers one $500 scholarship to an eligible student to help offset tuition and program fees. For more information and to apply, please contact email@example.com. Applications must be received by Friday, November 17, 2017.
- November 6, 2017: $960 nonrefundable deposit (payable by check only) due with enrollment form to B20 Day Hall
- December 1, 2017: Balance due in full
To withdraw from this special program, you must notify the Special Programs office in writing. Your refund amount will be determined by the number of days from the start of the program that you withdraw.
- January 1-3: Course withdrawal period with a 100 percent tuition refund
- January 4-5: Course withdrawal period with a 50 percent tuition refund
- January 6: Course withdrawal period with a 0 percent refund
If you want to appeal the refund schedule based on special circumstances, please download the petition form, complete it, and submit it to B20 Day Hall. The form will be reviewed by committee, and you will be notified if your appeal is approved.
